Enrollment is officially closed as of November 2013 and observational follow-up (i.e. questionnaire-based) remains ongoing. Participants are asked to reply a to brief health questionnaire from the Clinical Coordinating Center at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts every 6 months.
